Veteran Frequent Feeder Program – RETAILERS ONLY

HELP US MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF OUR USA VETERANS
With every submission, VeRUS will donate 5 lbs direct to a combat veteran. With an accumulation of 120 lbs, the chosen combat veterans will receive vouchers for 4 free 30 lb bags to be used at the local independent pet retailer. (Replaces existing Frequent feeder program) Retailer incentive: Gain veteran customer at conclusion of donated food, increase sales with new and existing customers.
RETAILERS, please complete the below form to register for our Veteran Frequent Feeder Program. For your convenience we are now on the ASTRO LOYALTY platform! By participating in this program you are supporting our military in a multitude of ways, including but not limited to:

Service dog training programs to mitigate symptoms of PTSD or TBI.
Military War Dogs retirement (finding a new task within the USA/finding a home if not adopted by the handler).
Adoption fees fully paid for a sheltered animal to be paired with active/retired military personnel.
Transportation costs of Military War Dogs deployed to return to the USA.
