I have a 14 month old Newfoundland named Brutus.  When we adopted him, his family had started him on Verus foods Life Advantage.  I agreed to continue feeding him this diet.  Brutus had runny eyes so, two months ago, I started feeding him the Opticoat.  I use two parts Life Advantage and one part Opticoat.  His eyes don't run anymore.  But additionally his coat is beautiful.  He is growing at a nice slow rate and weighs in at 140 pounds now with his spoiled self.  And what's more, because the food is so satisfying he doesn't knock over the trash looking for food (he still does it on occassion just for fun).  I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful product you have and how healthy it is for him!

I just wanted to write to let you know another testimonial.  My English Golden ‘scratched’ all the time.  We ruled out fleas and other allergens and finally I decided to switch to a better grade of dog food, and picked VeRUS due to having a distributor in our local Kennel Club.  Not only does her coat look wonderful but also the itching has stopped completely!  She rarely scratches if at all.  I tested this recently when I ran out of VeRUS and used another high protein food and the scratching began again.   Obviously she has some allergy to something in the ‘cheaper’ made dog foods.  Hats off to Verus.  It keeps my dogs very healthy!  And now that she’s pregnant, I will recommend VeRus to all my puppy buyers.

I rescued my beloved black lab Topper when he was 18 months old. He was very underweight (58 pounds) and his teeth were "much older than his age," according to the vet, so who knows what he was fed? After I started him on a "high-quality" commercial pet food, a dear friend recommended VeRus. I purchased a bag of Adult Maintenance kibble, and because he needed to gain weight on a slow, healthy schedule, I also bought the canned lamb and rice (for his coat) and chicken and rice. Well, he is now up to 72 pounds, and he is so shiny and beautiful that people stop me on the street to comment on how he gleams! I have a 12 1/2 year old GSD. Until this year everyone was amazed at his seemingly endless amount of energy - especially when we told them his age.  He suddenly started to lose weight and his stool became very loose.  After many visits to the vet and various tests, he was deemed a mystery and we where told it was most likely the early signs of cancer.  The only test we had not done was a full body MRI.  Upon further investigation on my own and the recommendation of your food by my dog trainer, I now have my boy back.  He has definitely slowed down some - he is approaching 13 in a couple months, but he has put the weight back on and his stool is back to normal.  Thank you so much for your wonderful products!  I have started my new GSD on it also and am switching my cats over as well.

For years my cats could not digest regular cat kibble, even Hills. Whatever they ate, came back up from time to time. I went to Superior Pet, Havertown, PA and learned about Verus.
In the past three years, I no longer clean up hairballs, etc. and they can keep it down! They all look beautiful as well. Now that we have two dogs, of course they're on Verus as well.

A friend of ours has a cat who suffered terrible for 11 years with sinus problems and needed antibiotics EVERY DAY. I told him about Verus and he also went to Superior Pet and decided to try it. It's been almost a year and Butterscotch is no longer sneezing and antibiotics are a thing of the past!
